Job Summary
Senior People Partner to support the Vancouver site (Burnaby, BC) and a portion of the Remitly business in the U.S. The role focuses on organizational design, workforce strategy, talent management, performance, and employee relations with a hybrid-flexible arrangement requiring 2–3 days in the Burnaby office. Responsibilities include partnering with leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies, coaching leaders, driving talent reviews and succession planning, supporting compensation decisions, advising on employee relations matters, and collaborating with other People teams to deliver integrated solutions. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR, People Partner, or HRBP experience
- experience coaching leaders, managing employee relations, and navigating performance management
- experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives
- data-driven approach to diagnosing challenges and driving measurable outcomes
- strong business acumen and ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes
- excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
- ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
