Senior People Partner

Senior People Partner to support the Vancouver site (Burnaby, BC) and a portion of the Remitly business in the U.S. The role focuses on organizational design, workforce strategy, talent management, performance, and employee relations with a hybrid-flexible arrangement requiring 2–3 days in the Burnaby office. Responsibilities include partnering with leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies, coaching leaders, driving talent reviews and succession planning, supporting compensation decisions, advising on employee relations matters, and collaborating with other People teams to deliver integrated solutions.
