Job Summary

Senior People Advisor embedded as a strategic partner, driving employee relations, recruitment support, talent development, and data-driven insights across a global agency. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, resolving ER matters (grievance, disciplinary, absence, capability investigations), coaching managers on employment legislation and compliant recruitment, analyzing people data and trends, updating and ensuring policy compliance, and collaborating with the People team on annual activities such as promotions, probations, performance, talent, and salary reviews. Requires extensive ER experience, broad knowledge of HR functions, strong stakeholder relationship skills, and a proactive, confidential approach. Hybrid work arrangement with Leeds, UK offices.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a generalist Advisor role or equivalent
  • Proven track record in complex case management across employee relations (ER) issues
  • Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, reward and recognition, health and wellbeing, learning and development, and DEI/ED&I considerations
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ability to provide commercial, pragmatic ER advice
  • Ability to build credibility with stakeholders, influence decision-making, and coach people managers
  • Tech-savvy with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and modern people management systems
