Job Summary
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, Directors, and Senior Directors on performance management, talent readiness, engagement surveys, organizational health, and workforce metrics. Provide business partnership and coaching to people leaders throughout the talent lifecycle, including performance reviews, calibrations, promotion processes, compensation reviews, and succession planning. Support Employee Relations by offering guidance on the performance management process and addressing policy violations. Partner with people leaders on organizational design, change management, and talent development strategies while collaborating with Employment Legal, People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance to optimize processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies through process standardization and translate People strategy outputs into scalable operational actions. Manage special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and trends to influence strategy around manager training and underperformance processes.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced talent organization
- ideally in a high-growth global tech company
- Strong knowledge of employment law
