Job Summary
Senior People Partner to support the Engineering organization, serving as a strategic advisor to Engineering leadership and teams. Role involves translating business priorities into a comprehensive people strategy across organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development; leading high-impact, data-driven initiatives such as succession planning and retention strategies; coaching engineering leaders to elevate performance; partnering with People COEs to deliver scalable solutions; applying AI capabilities to improve decision-making in People practices; assessing organizational health and delivering insights on engagement, attrition, and diversity; based in Bellevue, WA or Menlo Park, CA with in-office attendance three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including direct support of VP+ leaders
- Strong experience partnering with Engineering organizations
- Experience leading organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development initiatives
- Track record of partnering effectively with COEs to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions
- Curiosity and applied interest in AI and emerging technologies, particularly in how they shape talent and organizations
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
