Senior-level HR operations professional responsible for delivering expert HR support within HR Shared Services on a 20-month contract. Manages data accuracy in HRIS, conducts regular data audits, handles complex HR inquiries across employment life cycle, enforces policy compliance, and drives process improvements to streamline workflows. Partners with Payroll, IT, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to ensure cohesive service delivery; assists in training and mentoring team members; participates in HR Shared Services projects such as system upgrades and policy rollouts; bilingual capability required for Quebec interactions. The role combines data-driven analytics with operational excellence to support clients, families, and communities while maintaining privacy standards and regulatory compliance.
