Senior People Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Deliver accurate and timely People operations support for the assigned region, executing core employee lifecycle processes including workforce administration, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintain and update employee data, People records, and contracts in systems with high accuracy, while responding to operational requests and resolving day-to-day issues for employees and managers. Ensure all activities comply with local statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal policies by supporting audit preparations and regulatory reporting. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and local teams to coordinate training assignments, troubleshoot LMS activities, and maintain knowledge documentation. Identify process inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement and ensure seamless service delivery across the People function.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in People operations, workforce administration, or a comparable People support role
  • Proficient in MS 365
  • experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of People operations processes and employee lifecycle support
  • Good understanding of workforce administration, onboarding, time management, absence processes, and policy and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of local labor law, statutory, and regulatory HR requirements
  • Ability to work accurately and with high attention to detail in systems and manage employee data, documentation, and case-related activities and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and transactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and stakeholders
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to assess requests, identify issues, manage data and support process improvement
  • Ability to maintain and update knowledge content, process documentation, and operational guidance materials
  • Commitment to improving worker experience through operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable adopting emerging technologies including AI-powered solutions, to enhance processes, automation and support continuous improvements
