Senior People Operations Specialist (all genders)

Job Summary
Own the full employee lifecycle operationally across Austria and other European entities, managing contracts, onboarding, changes, parental leaves, and offboarding. Run monthly payroll preparation with external providers and serve as the internal point of truth for payroll, benefits, and social insurance. Ensure labor law compliance by coordinating with local counsel on contracts, working time, leave, and terminations. Administer and evolve HRIS tooling, data quality, workflows, and reporting while driving AI adoption to automate repetitive operational tasks. Partner with Talent Acquisition on seamless handovers and with Finance on headcount planning and comp cycles. Serve as the trusted, discreet first point of contact for employees on all People-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- Full professional English
- 5+ years in People Operations or HR Operations
- at least part of that in a scaling tech/SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with multi-country European employment
- Working knowledge of labor law in the countries we operate in (Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Sweden)
- Experience supporting a company through rapid headcount growth or M&A-driven integration of new teams
- Experience working with EOR setups alongside owned legal entities
- HRIS ownership experience
- Full professional English, and ideally Polish at a professional level
