Job Summary
Senior People Operations Partner, ANZ leads transformation priorities for People Operations across ANZ, building analytics, governance, and automation capabilities with an AI-native mindset. You’ll own analytics, governance, process design, automation, and controls to create a scalable, insight-led People function, while supporting regional initiatives like market setup, payroll transitions, and mobility-related process design. Develop scalable SOPs and playbooks, embed workforce data insights for leaders, and drive cross-functional coordination with Payroll, TA, Rewards, and other teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience across People Analytics, People Operations, Workforce Insights, People Technology, or related transformation-focused roles.
