Job Summary
Senior People Operations Manager managing end-to-end HR services as a productized People & Culture function. Responsible for scalable HR processes across the employee lifecycle, translating business needs into operational HR solutions, overseeing payroll/compliance, ensuring data quality in HR systems, driving process optimization and automation, building HR analytics and dashboards, shaping a modern operating model, and leading two team members.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich People Operations/HR Operations
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in operativen HR-Prozessen, Payroll-Themen und deutschem Arbeitsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen
- Starke Datenaffinität und analytisches Denken
- Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Ownership
- Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung, Standardisierung oder Automatisierung
- Kommunikationsstärke und Stakeholder-Management
- Deutsch Muttersprachenniveau, Englisch mindestens C1
