Job Summary
Process day-to-day employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, and data changes while interpreting and applying company policies to resolve ambiguous situations. Own key compliance activities such as regulatory reporting, training administration, and ESG reporting, and maintain documented SOPs and process guides for core workflows. Manage requisition intake and tracking in partnership with Talent, own People help desk operations, and build analytics and reporting for lifecycle and service-delivery metrics. Lead ad hoc projects across the employee lifecycle and tooling, partnering cross-functionally with People Business Partners, Legal, and business leaders on sensitive matters. Serve as a key point of contact for immigration-related processes and case tracking.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles
- prior experience mentoring others
- Hands-on experience owning complex employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, and data management
- Experience designing or redesigning People Operations processes, tools, or systems in a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with immigration processes and policy administration
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems
- Proven ability to balance strategic project ownership with hands-on operational execution
- Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or ambiguous employee matters
- Strong communication skills

- This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations
