Senior People Operations Business Partner

Job Summary
Senior Senior People Operations Business Partner to lead strategic HR partnership and scalable people programs. Work with leaders across the full employee lifecycle, coaching managers on performance, ER, and organizational change; drive talent planning, onboarding, promotions, investigations, exits, and change management; leverage data and AI-powered tools to inform decisions; collaborate on compensation, pay equity, and market benchmarking; design and scale AI-enabled HR workflows and tools; partner on workforce design, succession, and org design; ensure compliance and strong employee relations; enable manager capability through clear processes and governance; operate in a remote-first, distributed setup across the United States and Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in an HR/People Business Partner role, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Demonstrated experience helping organizations grow from early stage to scale
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build trust across functions and leadership styles
- Excellent manager coaching experience, including performance management, ER, and org change
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using people data and dashboards to drive decisions
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools and applying emerging HR technology to improve operations and employee experience
- Experience partnering cross-functionally on AI-powered tools such as HR chatbots or self-service platforms
- Sound judgment on employee relations, compliance, and sensitive matters
- Familiarity with employment law and practical HR compliance
- Strong communicator who can facilitate difficult conversations and adapt to different audiences
- Comfortable moving between strategy and execution with a low-ego, builder mindset
- Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
- Experience supporting global or multi-regional people operations a plus
