Senior People Operations Analyst

Senior People Operations Analyst responsible for HRIS administration and data integrity in BambooHR, payroll coordination across multiple jurisdictions, end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, and supporting the People team with reporting, documentation, and process improvement on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves ensuring data accuracy across systems (BambooHR, Pinpoint, Lattice), handling privacy considerations across jurisdictions, coordinating with third-party payroll providers, assisting with recruitment administration, and leveraging AI tools to streamline HR tasks. This remote role supports a global portfolio and reports to the Director of People Operations.
