Job Summary
Senior People Operations Analyst responsible for HRIS data integrity, payroll coordination across multiple jurisdictions, end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, and supporting the People team with reporting, documentation, and process improvement. Key activities include maintaining BambooHR data, reconciling with Pinpoint and Lattice, handling privacy-compliant data processing, coordinating payroll with foreign providers, managing onboarding/ offboarding checklists, administering Pinpoint ATS, generating recruitment dashboards, maintaining compensation data, and exploring AI tools to streamline tasks. Travel to international offices as needed and contribute to SOPs and knowledge base updates; requires strong attention to detail, proactive data issue resolution, and effective cross-country collaboration.”,
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in People Operations/HR Operations/HRIS administration
- Hands-on experience administering an HRIS platform (BambooHR, ADP, Workday, or HiBob)
- Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)
- Experience coordinating payroll with third-party providers across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience executing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- SHRM-CP, CHRP, or equivalent HR qualification (preferred)
- Experience with BambooHR, Pinpoint, and/or Lattice (preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint or similar CMS (preferred)
- Experience in software/technology companies (preferred)
- Familiarity with multi-country employment contexts (preferred)
- Experience with EOR providers (e.g. Deel) (preferred)
- Ability to work asynchronously across time zones
- Willingness to adopt AI-powered platforms
