Senior People Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Senior People Operations Analyst responsible for maintaining HRIS data integrity (BambooHR, Pinpoint, Lattice), coordinating payroll across multiple jurisdictions, executing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, and supporting reporting, documentation, and process improvements for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities include data audits, cross-system data flows, privacy compliance, benefits enrollment, equipment coordination, recruitment administration, compensation data support, AI-tool adoption in the People tech stack, and development of SOPs and dashboards. Remote work available for North America with global collaboration across North America, South America, EMEA, and APAC.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations
- Hands-on experience administering an HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Workday, or HiBob)
- Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)
- Experience coordinating payroll with third-party providers across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience executing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- Strong attention to detail and proactive data issue resolution
- Strong written communication for process documentation
- Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
- Experience with BambooHR, Pinpoint, and/or Lattice preferred
- Experience with SharePoint or similar CMS preferred
- Experience in software/tech companies preferred
- Familiarity with multi-country employment contexts preferred
- Experience with EOR providers (e.g., Deel) preferred
- SHRM-CP/CHRP or equivalent HR qualification preferred
