Job Summary
Develop leadership through sparring on feedback, conflict, and talent development while establishing unified performance reviews, development plans, and learning offerings. Build job leveling frameworks with competency models and career paths, then manage organizational change to improve cross-team collaboration and retention. Operate the employee lifecycle within the People Team, covering recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes. Lead directly to the executive board to shape a modern approach to people and leadership development in a growing tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer breiten, senioren People-Funktion (Senior People/HR, HRBP, People Development)
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams
- multikulturelle Kompetenz
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung darin, Führungskräfte zu entwickeln und Performance- sowie Entwicklungssysteme aufzubauen
- Erfahrung mit Job-Leveling, Kompetenzmodellen und/oder Gehaltsstrukturen
- Eine pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität
- Datenorientierung
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Junioren oder Kolleg:innen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
