Job Summary
Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips to strengthen belonging across a distributed workforce. Build scalable recognition programs and milestone moments that feel personal at any headcount, while owning branded merch end-to-end from concept to distribution. Drive engagement through effective internal communications, advising teams on formats and turning ideas into repeatable, measurable initiatives. Manage external partners and budgets to ensure programs launch on time and on brand. Lead cross-hub programs that reinforce a shared culture and consistent employee experience globally. Requires easy EU travel mobility and experience operating independently across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience owning employee events, team-building, and engagement programs end-to-end
- Ideally across multiple locations or a distributed workforce
- A creative mindset
- Track record of turning ideas into scalable employee experience initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management
- Maturity to operate independently
- Ability to set the standard
- Ability to advise the wider People team
- Proven experience managing employee engagement through effective internal communications
- Strong skills managing employee engagement through effective internal communications
- Comfort with vendor, budget, and logistics management across markets
- Willingness and ability to travel across hubs to support local initiatives and events
- Easy EU travel mobility
