Job Summary
Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips to strengthen belonging across a distributed workforce. Build scalable recognition programs and milestone moments ranging from birthdays to work anniversaries, ensuring personalization at any headcount. Own branded merch end-to-end, managing concepts, production, vendor relationships, and distribution globally. Drive engagement through effective internal communications, advising teams on formats and turning ideas into repeatable, measurable initiatives. Lead cross-hub programs that reinforce a shared culture while managing external partners and budgets to deliver on time and on brand. Travel frequently across hubs to bring initiatives to life on the ground, partnering with local experts to establish global standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience owning employee events, team-building, and engagement programs end-to-end
- Ideally across multiple locations or a distributed workforce
- A creative mindset
- Track record of turning ideas into scalable employee experience initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management
- Maturity to operate independently
- Ability to set the standard
- Ability to advise the wider People team
- Comfort with vendor management
- Comfort with budget management
- Comfort with logistics management across markets
- Willingness and ability to travel across hubs to support local initiatives and events
- Easy EU travel mobility
