Job Summary
Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips to strengthen belonging across a distributed workforce. Build scalable recognition programs and milestone moments that feel personal at any headcount, while owning branded merch end-to-end from concept to distribution. Drive engagement through effective internal communications, advising teams on formats and turning ideas into repeatable, measurable initiatives. Lead cross-hub programs to reinforce a shared culture, manage external partners and budgets to deliver on brand, and travel across hubs to bring initiatives to life. This strategic, hands-on role shapes how the People team shows up for a multi-hub workforce, partnering with local experts to set global standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience owning employee events, team-building, and engagement programs end-to-end, ideally across multiple locations or a distributed workforce
- A creative mindset with a track record of turning ideas into scalable employee experience initiatives — not just one-off events
- Strong stakeholder management and the maturity to operate independently, set the standard, and advise the wider People team
- Proven experience (or strong skills) managing employee engagement through effective internal communications
- Comfort with vendor, budget, and logistics management across markets
- Willingness and ability to travel across hubs to support local initiatives and events
