Job Summary
Build and deploy end-to-end models to stay ahead of organizational trends, translating complex statistical outputs into compelling stories that drive executive action. Design and maintain automated workflows and dimensional data models using dbt and Snowflake to enable scalable self-service analytics, while acting as an internal consultant to define data structures and API capabilities for HRIS, LMS, and ATS systems. Develop dashboards and reports to identify workforce patterns, ensuring high-quality compliance and governance structures for employee data within the enterprise data lake. Partner with the People team and Technology owners to leverage AI and NLP solutions for strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in people analytics, workforce data science, or a related field within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines or databases (e.g., SQL, Python, dbt, or equivalent)
- Prior working experience partnering within an HR/People team to deliver data-driven insights and executive-level reporting on People data
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in people analytics and a commitment to responsible, ethical data use
- Collaborative, self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently
