Senior People & Culture Manger

Manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, and health & safety initiatives while ensuring alignment with hotel values and operational priorities. Partner with leaders across the resort to support People & Culture initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and the overall workplace experience. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and Collective Bargaining Agreements to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant practices. Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers throughout the full process, administer benefits programs, and oversee leaves of absence with strict adherence to legislation. Coordinate training for compliance, professional development, and service excellence, while planning recognition programs and special events to strengthen workplace culture. Foster an inclusive environment built on trust and collaboration, maintain accurate employee records, and provide leadership to the People & Culture team. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred; salary range $85,000 - $92,000.
