Job Summary

Provide frontline employee life cycle support for a designated group of 200-250 staff across multiple sites, acting as the primary People & Culture contact for general inquiries, policy interpretation, and routine requests. Conduct 30, 60, and 90-day reviews to assess retention and satisfaction, manage new hire orientations, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities through Dayforce, HireRight, and the IT Service Portal. Ensure compliance by maintaining accurate digital HR records, auditing Form I-9 files, verifying employment information, and keeping labor law postings current. Support annual performance reviews, compensation analysis, and talent assessments while administering recognition programs and organizing employee events. Partner with P&C Managers and Centers of Excellence to identify process improvements and implement enhancements that strengthen the employee experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures, principles, processes, and regulations, with comfort advising others in these areas
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, effective communication (written, verbal, and listening), and facilitation experience

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work primarily in an office environment and engage with employees in a manufacturing environment as needed, following all required safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
  • 4+ years of human resources generalist experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Human resources certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR)
  • Experience working with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), preferably Dayforce
