Job Summary

Lead onboarding facilitation for the Milhouse Family of Companies, manage immigration concerns and I-9 processing, and coordinate employee relations activities while maintaining accurate records. Implement programs to achieve business goals and desired culture, support performance management cycles, and assist in executing training and talent development initiatives. Serve as a culture champion and brand ambassador, building collaborative relationships with leaders and team members to provide high-touch support. Prepare ad hoc reports, support internal and external audit requests, and ensure compliance with multi-state employment regulations and federal requirements. Maintain up-to-date employee information and promote continuous improvement in HR processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 6+ years relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of core Human Resources practices, including onboarding, employee relations, talent management, performance management, compliance, and multi-state employment regulations
  • Understanding of immigration processes and documentation requirements (I-9, visa coordination, compliance tracking)
  • Knowledge of employee experience, engagement, and culture-building best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), HRIS systems, and Deltek VantagePoint or similar ERP platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and provide high-touch support to leaders and employees
  • Ability to analyze HR data, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision making
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matter
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify needs, recommend improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Desired Qualifications

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
