Job Summary
Senior-level People & Culture Advisor to provide high-quality HR advice and support to people leaders and staff across the organisation on a 11-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities include performance management, employment relations, recruitment, remuneration, induction, leadership development, and organisational change; collaborate with the People & Culture Manager to deliver best-practice guidance, contribute to policy and system development, and mentor others. Focus on building leadership capability, supporting People & Culture projects, and fostering continuous improvement within a hybrid working arrangement between office and home in New Zealand. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, change management, and relationships across all levels; excellent communication, influencing and coaching skills; commitment to supporting a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with Aotearoa New Zealand values (Kaitiakitanga, Manaakitanga, Pono).
