Job Summary
Senior People Consultant to provide ongoing HR generalist support during a 16-month fixed-term contract in Ireland. Responsibilities include coaching employees and managers on sensitive issues (conflict resolution, performance management, policy interpretation), guiding on policies and procedures to maximize performance and engagement, ensuring legal compliance for country requirements, analyzing data to inform business objectives, implementing HR processes respecting Ireland/EMEA requirements, and collaborating with HR operations in Dublin and Pune on cross-functional projects. Strong emphasis on employee relations, policy advisory, data-driven solutions, and stakeholder management within a high-growth global context.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience working in Employee Relations, HR generalist or HR business partner role
- Demonstrated ER Management experience within Ireland
- Fluent English; European language skills desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within an international team
- Sound knowledge in Ireland labor law, policies and customs
- Workday experience (pay transparency and HR systems) is a plus
