Senior People Business Partner

Job Summary
Partner with MGO leadership and the Director PBP to define and deliver the People strategy that enables business growth and player success. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, constructively challenging assumptions and providing coaching on leadership, development, and performance. Drive core talent management initiatives including succession planning, career development, and performance calibration. Support leaders through transformation and rapid growth, ensuring change strategies are transparent and aligned with Scopely's values. Manage sensitive employee situations with empathy and compliance while collaborating closely with global PBPs, COEs, and business leaders. Fluent in English with deep knowledge of Spanish labor law, this role operates within the Sevilla studio hub on a hybrid basis (3X in office per week).
Required Qualifications
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable People initiatives
- Extensive experience partnering with senior leaders, ideally in a global, matrixed environment
- Proven success in organizational design, talent management, and leading change
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving progress in fast-paced, complex environments
- Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with swift, high-quality execution
- Experienced in working with diverse, global stakeholders and navigating cultural nuances
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution capabilities with a data-driven approach
- Fluent in English
- Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations practices
- Hybrid basis (3X in office per week)
