Job Summary
Senior People Business Partner to lead and scale People & Talent initiatives across Europe. You’ll own geographic HRBP for the Netherlands with in-country expertise, partner with technical verticals (security operations, product, engineering) internationally, and shape culture through onboarding, performance frameworks, promotions, retention, and compensation processes. The role emphasizes building scalable People infrastructure, coaching leaders, cross-functional collaboration with Talent/L&D and People Operations, and navigating Dutch labor law. Hybrid role with 1–3 days in The Hague and travel internationally; also a hybrid/2+ days per week presence in Berlin or The Hague, with remote options available. The team focuses on delivering strategic HR solutions in a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up environment, empowering employees and leaders, and aligning People programs with business objectives.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as an independent HRBP in a tech scale-up
- Expertise in performance management, leadership development, and change management
- Collaborative coaching mindset and ability to empower employees and leaders
- Experience supporting geographically distributed teams
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law and when to bring in an expert
- Open to a hybrid setup (1–3 days from The Hague) and willing to travel internationally (max. once per quarter)
- Ability to build onboarding, performance frameworks, promotion processes, retention strategies, compensation reviews, and offboarding
- Cross-functional collaboration with Talent and L&D, People Operations
- Strong HR lifecycle mindset for scalable processes
