Senior People Business Partner

Job Summary
Act as the sole in-region People Business Partner in LATAM, providing on-the-ground support to the Go-to-Market team and representing the global PBP team with employees and leadership across the region. Advise, coach, and influence leadership on people-related matters including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational scaling. Partner remotely with departmental PBPs and COE teams to bridge global programs with local needs, consult on policy design, and provide data-driven analysis to drive best practices. Assess employee development needs, handle complex global employee relations issues, and implement solutions aligned with the organization's strategy. This role requires business-level Portuguese and English fluency, with Spanish fluency preferred, and operates within a hybrid workplace model.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years as an HRBP or in a related global HR role
- Experience in fast-growing technology companies
- Experienced operating as a sole or lead People partner for a region or business
- Comfortable working without a local People team around you
- Comfortable with ambiguity and an evolving remit
- Strong in analytical and reporting skills
- Solid experience with HRIS
- Experience working across business functions from first line to senior leadership
- GTM business partnership experience
- Master in project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to design clear processes
- Detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving
- Experienced in employee relations
- Knowledge of global employment practices
- Clear, direct, approachable, and friendly communication style
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and trust at all levels of the organization
- Business level Portuguese fluency
- Business level English fluency
