Job Summary
Senior People Business Partner, Engineering serves as a strategic HR partner to Archer’s engineering organization, driving organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies to enable rapid growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities include onboarding, performance management, leadership coaching, employee relations, policy execution, compliance, offboarding, and building scalable processes, while leveraging data-driven insights to influence leadership decisions. This on-site role supports a high-growth engineering team from Archer’s San Jose headquarters, requiring collaboration with People Centers of Excellence and cross-functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use data to build a business case and influence senior leadership
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on a wide range of issues
- This is an in-office role based at our San Jose headquarters
