Job Summary
Senior HR leader partnering with VP-level executives to shape people strategy and organizational design. Own the full talent lifecycle from hiring to exits, lead succession planning and leadership development, manage complex ER matters with an emphasis on Indian labour law (POSH, EPF, Gratuity, DPDPA 2023), drive DEI initiatives, and build data-driven people insights through AI-enabled tools. Strong stakeholder management across senior levels, with experience in fast-growth tech environments and familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday/SuccessFactors). MBA/PGDM preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
Required Qualifications
- 10–12 years of progressive HR experience
- 8+ years as HRBP
- MBA / PGDM in HR or Organisational Behaviour preferred; Bachelor's required
- Knowledge of Indian labour law and Maharashtra-specific regulations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, or equivalent)
- Experience with AI-enabled HR tools - talent intelligence, predictive analytics, skill mapping
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent certification (nice to have)
