Job Summary
Senior People Business Partner – AI & Digital, based in Melbourne, partnering with Digital leaders to align people strategy with business priorities. Design and embed career pathways across Digital roles, coach leaders to drive high performance, support performance review cycles, and lead AI-enabled HR processes and automation. Own HR reporting and workforce insights, translate data into actionable recommendations, and drive continuous improvement across HR technology and employee lifecycle using tools like Microsoft Copilot and Employment Hero. The role emphasizes partnering with Digital and Technology teams, leveraging AI to streamline reporting, communications and operations, and developing an AI literacy education plan for leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience across HR management in a business partnering role
- Demonstrated experience in efficient use of AI in People processes, automation and HR technology uplift
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Employment Hero) and reporting/analytics
- Strong interest or experience in AI tools (e.g. Copilot) and workflow automation
- Excellent communication skills with a practical and engaging approach
- High level of ownership with a hands-on and solutions-focused approach
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong capability in performance management, coaching and leadership support
