Job Summary
Partner with senior leaders across the Commercial Enterprise, Retail and Fundraising directorate to deliver strategic and operational People and Culture solutions. Provide expert coaching on workforce planning, organisational design, change management, performance, talent, and employee relations while building trusted relationships that strengthen leadership capability. Develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives, lead complex people projects, and collaborate with specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions. Identify opportunities to improve people practices and policies that enhance the employee experience, providing commercially focused advice that balances operational needs with legislative and governance requirements. Contribute to the Society's Strategic Plan through innovative people solutions and champion a positive, inclusive, and safe workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Significant generalist People and Culture experience in a partnering or HR Business Partner role
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing people strategies that align with business objectives
- Strong coaching, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters and organisational change
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business outcomes with people-focused solutions
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to facilitate, present and influence
- Current driver's licence
- willingness to travel for work as required
- Prior to an offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete the pre-employment checks including a Police check & Working with Children check
