Job Summary
Senior People & Culture Manager role in luxury hospitality overseeing day-to-day People & Culture operations, recruitment workflow, benefits administration, policy development, payroll/benefits coordination, and confidential employee relations. Requires HR leadership, hospitality domain experience, proficiency with MS Office and HRIS, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain discretion. Position located in Los Angeles, CA with in-person work; salary $100k–$110k.
Required Qualifications
- University/College degree or diploma in a related discipline required
- Formal education in Human Resources Management an asset
- Minimum of 2 years of previous Human Resources leadership experience required
- Previous luxury hospitality experience required
- Bilinguality an asset
