Job Summary
Lead pension projects and events by processing and checking calculations, preparing detailed reports, and communicating with stakeholders via email, calls, and meetings. Prepare and check member correspondence, collaborate with team members, and support the Principal as needed. Participate in post-project reviews to help improve processes. You will apply strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency to manage workloads and explain complex calculations simply. Required Qualifications
- experience in Final Salary Pension scheme administration
- solid understanding of scheme rules
- understanding of regulations
- understanding of GMP work
- Strong analytical skills
- proficiency in Excel
- the right to work in the UK
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with occupational pension schemes, including DB, DC, and Hybrid schemes
- A logical approach to problem-solving
- strong numeracy skills
- Confidence in using Microsoft Excel (e.g., v-lookups, formulas, pivot tables)
- Confidence in using Microsoft Word (e.g., reports, mail merges)
- The ability to explain complex calculations in simple terms
- Great communication skills
