Job Summary
Senior Pega Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support business processes. Analyzes business requirements and translates them into technical specifications for Pega application development; designs and develops Pega applications using PRPC and related tools; ensures adherence to Pega architecture; collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance; performs code reviews, unit testing, and debugging; participates in implementation, maintenance, and support of Pega applications; stays up-to-date with latest Pega technologies and best practices; strong focus on architectural design and reusable enterprise components within Pega; operates in an agile environment and demonstrates problem-solving in the Case Management domain.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA-P1) certification.
- Extensive Pega Development Experience: Designing and implementing Pega PRPC-based solutions across the full development lifecycle.
- Strong Core Java and Object-Oriented concepts; proficiency in PL/SQL, database tuning, and client-side technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
- Experience integrating Pega with other systems using SOAP/HTTP connectors, Web Services, and listeners (MQ, JMS, File, Email).
- Agile methodology experience and strong collaboration/communication skills.
