Job Summary
Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement Pega PRPC-based applications for an integrated case management platform. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing and developing Pega applications, ensuring adherence to Pega architecture, performing code reviews and unit testing, participating in implementation and maintenance, staying updated with Pega technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Must hold CSSA or CLSA-P1 certification, have extensive Pega development experience, strong core Java, PL/SQL, HTML/JavaScript/CSS skills, and experience integrating Pega with SOAP/HTTP, Web Services, MQ/JMS/File/Email listeners. Agile experience and a genuine interest in Case Management are required.
Required Qualifications
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA-P1)
- Extensive Pega Development Experience (Pega PRPC-based solutions)
- Architectural Design & Implementation experience in Pega
- Core Java and Object-Oriented concepts
- PL/SQL, database tuning
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- SOAP/HTTP connectors, Web Services, MQ, JMS, File, Email listeners
- Agile methodology experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Interest in Case Management domain and ability to learn new technologies
