Job Summary
Senior Pega Developer needed to design, develop, and implement Pega PRPC-based solutions to support business processes. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing and developing Pega applications, ensuring adherence to Pega architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews and unit testing, participating in maintenance and support, staying up-to-date with Pega technologies, and applying agile practices. Must hold CSSA or CLSA-P1 certification and have extensive Pega development experience, strong Java/PL-SQL/database skills, and experience integrating Pega with SOAP/HTTP, Web Services, MQ/JMS, and file listeners. The role emphasizes architectural/design leadership, reusable enterprise components, and ongoing learning in the Case Management domain.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA-P1) certification
- Extensive Pega Development Experience including design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions across full development lifecycle
- Strong Core Java fundamentals and Object-Oriented programming
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, database tuning, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Experience integrating Pega with SOAP/HTTP connectors, Web Services, MQ, JMS, File listeners
- Experience working in an Agile environment with effective communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in Case Management domain and ability to learn/apply new technologies
