Job Summary
Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement Pega applications for a case management platform. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specifications for Pega development, building applications using Pega PRPC, ensuring adherence to Pega architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing code reviews, unit testing, and supporting implementation and maintenance. Required qualifications include extensive Pega PRPC development, architectural/design experience, solid Core Java/OO fundamentals with PL/SQL, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, system integration via SOAP/HTTP, MQ/JMS/File/Email, and a current CSSA or CLSA-P1 certification. Agile experience and a genuine interest in Case Management are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Experience designing and implementing Pega PRPC-based solutions across full development lifecycle
- Architectural or leadership capacity designing reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega
- Strong Core Java and Object-Oriented concepts; proficiency in PL/SQL, database tuning, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- System integration experience using SOAP/HTTP connectors, Web Services, MQ, JMS, File, Email
- Current Pega certification: CSSA or CLSA-P1
- Experience working in an Agile environment; strong communication and collaboration skills
- Domain interest in Case Management and ability to learn/apply new technologies
