Job Summary
Drive vaccination uptake in private and public sector providers by educating healthcare professionals on disease states and GSK vaccine solutions. Develop specialized expertise in therapeutic areas and markets while blending scientific knowledge with service to meet individual account needs. Collaborate closely with account management and retail channel managers to optimize marketing content and digital tools. Demonstrate high-level selling skills including account-based strategies and the ability to ask for business. Effectively utilize public health guidelines and the sales process to support providers in vaccinating or referring patients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Ability to travel domestically as necessary
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able and willing to drive or operate a vehicle
- 5+ years business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong track record of high-level performance and consistent achievements
- Demonstrated learning agility
- Minimum 2 years vaccines sales experience
- Nursing (MSN, RN, LPN) or other healthcare qualification and experience
- Demonstrated competency of science, business acumen, and customer engagement
- Strong account selling skills, including business to business experience in a healthcare related market
