Senior PCB Loan Servicer

Job Summary
Maintain loans in the servicing system by processing amendments, executing retail loan maintenance, and performing daily quality assurance reviews of journal, check, and advance batches. Handle escalations via phone or email to resolution and conduct system audits of loan information while reviewing general ledger accounts for irregular transactions. Mitigate regulatory, credit, and reputational risk by monitoring OFAC, Patriot Act, and AML directives, ensuring flood insurance compliance, and preparing mortgage satisfactions for county recording. Assist with loan collections by reviewing delinquency reports and proactively contacting clients to solicit past due payments. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve servicing requests and make routine decisions on loan accounting issues.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 12 months
- Knowledge of Fundamental accounting concepts, practices and procedures
- Multi-state retail loan servicing practices
- Skill in Reviewing and interpreting commercial and retail loan terms and documentation
- Ability to Identify and recommend changes to standard procedures when required by specific situations and circumstances
- Identify and recommend solutions to routine loan accounting and loan servicing issues
- Make routine decisions
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels
- Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven work environment
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls on a recorded Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) telephone line
