Job Summary
Senior PCB Designer responsible for delivering high-reliability, manufacturable PCB layouts for Anduril products. You will work with engineers to create designs spanning high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power sections; establish and uphold design-for-manufacturing guidelines; develop and maintain library databases; and manage multiple concurrent projects and customers in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in PCB Layout or Design
- Full understanding of PCB Layout techniques to meet mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing requirements
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and apply best practices appropriate for each design
- Ability to determine work priorities based on broad direction from management
- Expertise in applying IPC standards, CID, CID+ certification
- Experience using Altium Designer CAD tools
- Experience with developing component libraries and library management
- Proven experience in high-speed digital PCB layout for complex FPGA boards, high-resolution video, or multi-gigabit interfaces (e.g., DDR, PCIe, SerDes)
- Expertise in critical high-speed layout techniques, including controlled impedance routing, differential pairs, length matching, and optimized stackup design
- Deep understanding of signal and power integrity principles, ensuring robust performance for timing, crosstalk, and EMI/EMC mitigation in high-density designs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
