Job Summary
Senior PB Revenue Cycle Analyst responsible for leading Epic-based revenue cycle solutions within AdventHealth's Revenue Cycle Applications Team. Develops and configures Epic system modules and supporting third-party applications; captures business and technical requirements; analyzes workflows, identifies gaps, and designs future workflows and documentation. Creates test scripts and conducts end-to-end, unit, system, and integration testing; ensures upgrades align with Epic specifications; provides training and technical guidance to analysts and project teams. Requires Epic Certification (or ability to complete within 3 months), strong Microsoft suite skills, and knowledge of HL7/API concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Epic Certification (or ability to certify within 3 months)
- Associate degree required
- 3+ years of experience in clinical/revenue cycle/technical workflow
- EMR application/implementation experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HL7 and API concepts
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work with minimal guidance
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Experience developing training materials and documenting workflow design (required)
- 3+ years or more of related experience (required)
