Job Summary
Senior Payroll Tax Analyst responsible for payroll tax compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions, leading and performing filings, W-2 preparation, and corrections; ensures regulatory compliance, analyzes complex multi-state tax scenarios, resolves notices and issues, manages tax accounts and vendor relationships, supports audits, and collaborates with Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation to improve processes and controls; requires Workday and advanced Excel skills; CPP certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5–7 years of payroll experience including payroll tax experience
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
