Job Summary
Conduct monthly payroll processing for 16,000 employees in Germany, handling tax and social security calculations, special payments, and error corrections within SAP-HCM and Workday. Advise leadership and staff on compensation matters while managing correspondence with authorities and health insurers regarding statutory insurance topics. Implement new legal regulations and develop quality assurance routines to maintain data integrity for statutory reporting systems like eAU and ELStAM.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Personalbereich, zum Beispiel als Personalfachkauffrau oder Personalfachkaufmann
- Weiterbildung in der Lohnbuchhaltung, zum Beispiel IHK-zertifiziert oder vergleichbar
- langjährige Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung, insbesondere im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- sehr gute SAP-HCM-Kenntnisse
- gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- vertrauenswürdig, verschwiegen und verantwortungsbewusst
- fachliche Entscheidungskompetenz
