Job Summary
Senior Payroll Consultant at PwC Netherlands within the Employment Tax team. You will advise, analyze, and control to help clients improve payroll quality, perform project-based data analyses and audits during year-end, assess payroll documentation and outputs for large organizations with attention to applicable laws and regulations, identify risks and opportunities in payroll processes, explore GenAI applications to maximize value from HR, payroll, and financial data, and respond to client payroll-related questions. The role emphasizes teamwork, data-driven insights, and advisory services, with a hybrid work arrangement across Amsterdam, Eindhoven, and Rotterdam.
