Job Summary
Senior Payroll Accountant for a multi-entity environment responsible for month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations; prepares and analyzes financial data, supports external audits, and identifies process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred; 4-6 years of experience in corporate or public accounting; strong US GAAP knowledge; experience with NetSuite and Excel; experience with international subsidiaries and currency translation is a plus. This role is remote within the United States and aligned with Eastern Time business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate and/or public accounting
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and financial reporting standards
- Experience with NetSuite
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
