Job Summary
Senior Payroll Accountant in Kaunas responsible for payroll processing under local GAAP, manage external payroll providers and accounting relationships, monitor payroll regulatory changes, oversee month/year-end closing and financial reporting, reconcile payroll-related bank statements, develop internal controls, support payroll-related projects, and provide expat accounting support; requires 3-5 years’ payroll experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with payroll software and MS Office; German/French/Italian language skills preferred, with flexible benefits and annual bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economy required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Payroll Accounting.
- Experience with Payroll Software systems.
- MS-Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiar with local Payroll Regulations (Germany and France) – an advantage.
