Job Summary
Senior Payments Product Delivery Associate responsible for managing and writing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for treasury services, commercial card, and healthcare payment services within the Commercial Banking Sales organization. Collaborates with sales and product teams to create client-focused, concise, compelling, and compliant proposals; independently manages projects from start to finish; writes custom client-specific sections, incorporates pre-approved responses, and translates technical information into accessible language. Supports content management by submitting new content, edits, and proofreading; identifies narrative needs, works with subject matter experts and graphic artists to finalize materials; develops and maintains knowledge of Treasury Sales and Commercial Card products; demonstrates strong business writing, organization, and multi-tasking abilities, with flexibility to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- A 3+ years of sales, implementation or support of treasury management, commercial card or healthcare payment services
- A 2+ years technical, business or proposal writing experience in banking or Treasury Sales products
- Excellent business writing and grammar skills are essential
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Adobe Professional proficiency required
- Proven ability as a self-starter, detail oriented, well organized and able to multi-task effectively
- High level of independence, energy and integrity; demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and accepts accountability and responsibility
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently as a team member on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Schedule flexibility to meet deadlines with the ability to work flexible hours as required during critical phases of the project
- Ability to develop and maintain a broad knowledge of Treasury Sales and Commercial Card products as well as the technology, equipment, operations processes and systems commonly used
