Job Summary

Senior Payments & Fraud Manager role focused on Fraud & Risk (60%) and Payments (40%) for iGaming in the Philippines. Responsibilities include fraud detection and prevention strategy across two brands, real-time monitoring of suspicious activity, configuration and management of fraud/risk tools (Sumsub, SEON, Iovation), bonus-abuse control, KYC/AML alignment with PAGCOR requirements, and building scalable fraud risk frameworks. Payments oversight covers deposit/withdrawal channels, payment-provider relationships, monitoring failure rates and processing times, and collaborating on payment infrastructure. Ideal candidate has 8+ years in fraud/risk/payments with 3+ years in leadership, SEA/Philippines market experience, hands-on platform configuration, deep knowledge of PAGCOR regulations, and strong analytical, data-driven decision-making and vendor-management skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years in fraud, risk, or payments within online gaming, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead capacity
  • Southeast Asian operations experience preferred; Philippine market experience strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with fraud/KYC platforms (Sumsub, SEON, Iovation or equivalent) with proven rule-set configuration and case investigations
  • Deep familiarity with Asian bonus hunting behavior and abuse patterns
  • Experience building or leading a fraud control function through growth or platform changes
  • Knowledge of PAGCOR compliance requirements including KYC obligations, suspicious transaction reporting, and responsible gambling controls
  • Strong understanding of Philippine payment infrastructure (GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet) and exploitation patterns
  • Analytically driven with data-backed decision making
  • Commercially aware of balancing fraud loss and player friction
  • POGO-era experience advantageous
  • Experience with device fingerprinting, VoIP detection, and behavioral analytics (desired)
  • Experience with fraud risk frameworks and real-time monitoring
