Senior Payment Specialist

Job Summary
Define and execute market-specific payment strategies to drive deposit growth and revenue. Optimize the deposit funnel, including UX, success rates, and payment method availability, while monitoring performance across cards, e-wallets, and local providers. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new local and international payment providers, leading end-to-end integration with Product & IT teams. Build strategic partnerships with payment providers and continuously test new solutions using A/B testing. Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Product, IT, and Risk & Fraud teams to ensure compliance, optimize costs, and balance growth with risk control.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in: iGaming industry, banking, fintech or eCommerce (payment-heavy environments)
- Proven experience in optimizing payment processes or funnels
- Solid understanding of the payment ecosystem (cards, e-wallets, local methods)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in English
- If not based in the target market, willingness to travel (Montenegro and Bosnia)
