Job Summary
Develop and refine patterns across multiple product categories, ensuring precision, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. Own and maintain measurement charts within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), driving accuracy throughout the product lifecycle. Oversee the end-to-end pattern process, from initial concept and prototype through fittings to final production, ensuring the highest standards of fit, quality, and manufacturability. Drive and execute fittings, translating feedback into technical improvements and scalable production outcomes. Leverage 3D design tools (CLO) to create and evaluate virtual samples, enhancing efficiency, reducing physical sampling, and supporting sustainable product development. Serve as a mentor within the team encouraging craftsmanship and innovation. Act as a key expert and advisor within the organization, providing strategic input and technical guidance across departments. Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of working experience within pattern making
- preferably within luxury brands
- extensive experience in a wide range product groups
- Excellent knowledge of garment construction and tailoring
- Skilled user of Lectra Expert
- Skilled user of CLO
- Skilled user of Illustrator
- Technical diploma or degree in related fields
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- This is a permanent position based at TOTEME's Headquarters in Stockholm
